The European Commission has published the call for proposals related to the preparatory actions in the field of sport 2010. 1) Fight against doping
The main objective of the preparatory actions in the field of sport is to prepare future EU actions in this field, on the basis of priorities set in the White Paper on Sport.
The call for proposals will support transnational projects put forward by public bodies or civil society organisations in order to identify and test suitable networks and good practices in the field of sport, in three areas:
2) Promoting social inclusion in and through sport
3) Promoting volunteering in sport
A total of € 2,5 million is reserved for this call for proposals. The deadline for applications is 31 August 2010.
