In accordance with the decisions made by the ENGSO GA 2009 in Paris that you already receivedand proposal of ENGSO members, a new ENGSO Policy Review Working Group has been established with the aim of evaluating and reviewing the development process and the implementation of the ENGSO Strategic Plan 2007. The members of this newly established Working Group are:

• Mr. Olafur Rafnsson, Chair
• Mr. Zdenko Kriz, Member
• Mr. Jukka Pekkala, Member
• Mr. James MacDougall, Member
• Mr. Jan Holze, ENGSO Youth representative
• Mr. Michael Trinker, EU WG representative
• Ms. Romana Caput-Jogunica, ExCom representative
• Mr. Toomas Tonise, Assistant (without official nomination)
• Mr. Stefan Bergh, Expert

Their first meeting will be in Oeiras, Portugal, during the events of ENGSO Forum, where they will further discuss Terms of Reference, their mission and tasks to be fulfilled through their work aimed to promote the activities and Strategic Plan of ENGSO. Further material is to be sent prior to their meeting in Portugal.
