Criteria for implementation: 3.1 As a rule – unless decided otherwise by the ExCom - applications must be submitted officially in writing by the member organisation (not by any individual person !!!); on receipt of the invitation for the event. 3.2 Each - case-to-case - application must include information on how the respective member organisation intends to improve its financial situation in the coming years. 3.3 A limited budget amount shall be fixed by the ExCom each year, to be assigned as support to members in need. 3.4 The financial support by ENGSO shall never be paid out in cash, but as a reimbursement of proved costs or as direct coverage, respectively, e.g. for accommodation and/or ticket. 3.5 All financial transfers by ENGSO shall exclusively be made to the national member organisation. |
